Home Board Nest

A private connection to Google Nest, showing thermostat information and providing heating target controls on a local family dashboard.

What it does today

The local Home Board dashboard displays room temperature, target temperature, humidity and heating state. The owner can unlock heating controls on a trusted screen and adjust the current target in half-degree steps.

Google bundles thermostat viewing and control into one permission. The integration reads device information and sends heating target changes when requested by the owner. Schedules, Eco mode, hot water and heating modes remain managed in Nest.

Your connection

Access uses Google's Smart Device Management API and requires the device owner's consent. The owner can withdraw that consent in Google Nest Partner Connections Manager.
